Our general terms and conditions of business* and service notes* shall apply exclusively even if this is not expressly mentioned. Conditions to the contrary, in particular, those included on orders of company customers shall apply as not written if those conditions were not expressly confirmed by us. Third-Party Rights

When creating this website, including the sub-networks (even those with their own domain names [URLs]), we always endeavoured to respect third-party rights. In places where we used the works of third parties, we obtained, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the permission of the authors for the purpose of publication or we made inquiries, to the best of our ability, regarding the general usability (public domain, not protectable in accordance with German/European laws. This shall also apply to the domain names themselves. However, we cannot fully exclude the possibility that we may have unknowingly violated third-party rights.
